Delete your Hot Range data

Hot Range: Shot & Par Timer · Neon Frenchie

Hot Range has no accounts. Almost everything it stores lives only on your phone, so you can delete it yourself. The one record held off the device is your purchase history, and we delete that on request.

Data on your phone

1. Open Hot Range and go to Settings.
2. Tap Erase all data and confirm.

This deletes every string, drill, setup, note, calibration and waveform outline at once. Uninstalling the app does the same.

Purchase records

1. Email support@neonfrenchie.com with the subject "Delete my Hot Range data".
2. Include the Google Play order number (it starts with GPA., and is in your Play receipt email) so we can find the record.

We delete your customer record at RevenueCat, our subscription provider, within 30 days and reply when it is done. That record holds your anonymous app user ID and your purchase and renewal history. Google Play keeps its own order records under Google's policies; to delete those, contact Google.

Deleting the purchase record does not cancel a subscription. Cancel first in the Play Store app → Payments & subscriptions.
